Whit our president, mr. Baratozzi, looking up old magazines and pictures we have reconstructed the Group's history.
The first event is related to the foudation of the Italian Boxer Club, that's born in the city of Rome , on 3 november of 1946.
In that date the members who originated to the Club were:

In 1962 are born the delations of Roma and Palermo, the club is developed quicly and it was needed to made one organization on the national territory to give way to do same aggregations point for the members.
So in 1966 growed up the first Groups within the Boxer Club of Italy:

The year after the group was split into the Group Laziale and the Group of Roma.
So the 2 July of 1967 the Group of Roma opt for managers:

On 10 November of 1968, organized its first meeting, judged from doctor Lesma, and
documented from the age's picture here on the right, of course in these first meeting
there was not the competition of our age. The "Social Championship", organized the 5 November of 1969, happened with a great succes give a prize to the maturity of the group.

Another appearance of the Boxer begins, the utility dog. Our Group was between the first to begin to give regular on training for his members, constituting in 1970 a workig team leaded from Reandro Trequattrini, (here in th picture on the right) a tradition that still continue. In this years the group find a big support from the boxer breeding "degli Etruschi", that put at memeber's disposal the training field, the equipments, the group inspirers: Claudia e Giuseppe Pitarresi and above all the Boxer.

his unity between the members reach targets that hardly can repeat, the members of the Group with the boxers of the breeding "degli Etruschi" win for three consecutive years (77-78-79).

Always current between the more assets Group, in the last years the Group of Roma had the privilege, in association with the others Group of the V° sector, to organize great meetings as:

Besides thirty years of constant social life, of spry animation for all the Boxer's face and of great passion for the boxer, all this is the Group of Roma.
